1. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
NS360 offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on all Norton products purchased through our authorized channels. If you are not satisfied with your Norton product for any reason, you may request a refund within 60 days of your purchase date.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Request the refund within 60 days of purchase
- Provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or transaction ID)
- Have purchased directly from NS360 (not through third-party retailers)
- Not have violated Norton's terms of service
3. Norton's Virus Protection Promise
In addition to our 60-day guarantee, Norton offers a Virus Protection Promise: If your device gets a virus that Norton experts can't remove, you may be eligible for a refund based on Norton's terms. This is separate from our 60-day guarantee and is administered directly by Norton.

5. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
- Your Norton license will be deactivated upon refund
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Products purchased more than 60 days ago
- Renewal subscriptions after the renewal period has started
- Products purchased through unauthorized third parties
- Digital products that have been fully downloaded and activated
7. Subscription Renewals
Norton subscriptions automatically renew at the regular price after the promotional period. If you wish to cancel automatic renewal, you must do so through your Norton account or contact us before the renewal date. Refunds for renewals are subject to the same 60-day policy.

If you're experiencing technical issues with your Norton product, we recommend contacting our technical support team before requesting a refund. Many issues can be resolved with proper configuration or troubleshooting.
